How we expect everyone to behave at EventEz events, how we handle your information, and the terms for specific events.
Guest behavior & event expectations
EventEz is committed to a respectful, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Harassment, intimidation, abuse, discriminatory behavior, or any conduct that damages the comfort and safety of others is not acceptable at our events or on our platforms.
- Be respectful to guests, staff, creators, performers, and venue teams at all times.
- Do not engage in harassment, stalking, threatening behavior, or unwanted physical contact.
- Follow venue rules, legal requirements, and event-specific age restrictions.
- Comply immediately with instructions from EventEz staff if an issue is raised.
EventEz may remove a participant from an event, deny entry, or restrict future attendance if conduct puts the experience or safety of others at risk. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
How EventEz handles information
When you register, apply to perform, plan a surprise, join the priority list or take the survey on this website, your answers go straight to EventEz. This section explains what we keep, why, and how to have it changed or deleted.
- What we collect. Only what each form asks: usually your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, age or date of birth, gender, city and Instagram handle. Some forms also ask for an emergency contact, details of your performance, or details of a surprise, including the name and age of the person it is for. The survey does not ask for your name or contact details.
- Why. To review registrations and applications, confirm seats, contact you about the event you signed up for, keep everyone safe on the night, and plan future events. Emergency contacts are used only in an emergency.
- Where it is kept. In EventEz’s own registration database, hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission for spam; it does not ask for or keep your answers.
- Who can see it. Only the EventEz organising team. Where needed to run an event, we may share the minimum necessary with a venue (for example, a guest count). We never sell your information.
- How long we keep it. Event registrations and applications are deleted within 12 months after the event, except records we must keep for safety or legal reasons. Priority-list details are kept until you ask to be removed. Survey answers are anonymous and kept to help plan events.
- “Remember my details”. If you tick this on a form, your name and contact details are saved in your own browser so the next form fills itself in. That copy never leaves your phone. Untick it, tap “Forget my details”, or use “Clear everything” on My EventEz to remove it.
- Information about other people. If you give us details about someone else, such as an emergency contact or the person you are surprising, please make sure they are comfortable with that. We use it only for the purpose you gave it.
To see, correct or delete what you have sent us, or to come off the priority list, email easeevent111@gmail.com with your name and, if you have it, your reference (it starts with EZ-). We aim to reply within 7 days. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Unscripted terms & conditions
These terms apply to everyone who visits this website, registers for, performs at, participates in or attends Unscripted, an EventEz experience.
- Acceptance. By using this website, submitting a registration form or attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Unscripted Privacy Policy.
- Registration and admission. Registration information must be accurate. Entry may be free, but capacity is limited and submitting a form does not guarantee selection, a performance slot or admission. EventEz may accept, reject or cancel a registration when reasonably necessary.
- Event changes. The date, time, venue, format, programme and performers may change. EventEz may postpone, relocate or cancel the event for safety, operational, legal or other reasonable reasons.
- Conduct and safety. Participants and attendees must follow venue rules and organiser instructions. Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, deliberate disruption and damage to property are prohibited. EventEz may refuse entry or remove anyone who creates a risk or materially disrupts the experience.
- Performances and submitted material. You must own or have permission to use every song, story, image, script, recording or other material you submit or perform. Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, hateful, infringing, dangerous or intentionally humiliating.
- Surprises and personal moments. Proposals, confessions, appreciations, birthdays and similar moments must be respectful. EventEz may decline, stop or modify a surprise where consent, dignity, safety or privacy could be compromised. No person is required to participate or respond publicly.
- Recording and publicity permission. Unscripted will be photographed and audio/video recorded. By registering for or attending, you grant EventEz a worldwide, royalty-free permission to record, edit, reproduce, publish, display and promote your image, likeness, voice, performance and appearance on YouTube, Instagram, websites, social media, advertisements and other marketing materials, without payment or additional approval, subject to applicable law.
- Personal belongings and responsibility. You are responsible for your belongings and for acting within your abilities. To the extent permitted by law, EventEz is not responsible for indirect loss, travel or accommodation costs, lost property, or injury arising from conduct outside EventEz's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Third-party services. Social platforms and external websites, including YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp, are operated by third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices also apply when you use those services.
- Minors. Where a participant is under the legally applicable age, registration and recording consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian, subject to the final event age policy.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes.

Unscripted privacy policy
This policy explains how EventEz may collect and use personal information for Unscripted.
- Information collected. We may collect your name, contact details, age or age category, registration type, performance or surprise details, preferences, messages and any information you voluntarily provide through forms or communications.
- Event media. Photographs, audio, video, voice, image, likeness, performance and audience footage may be captured at the event. This media may identify you directly or indirectly.
- How information is used. We use information to review registrations, select and schedule performers, manage audience capacity, communicate event updates, plan surprises, operate the event, maintain safety, respond to requests and create EventEz promotional and marketing content.
- Consent. Where consent is required, it should be informed and given through a clear affirmative action. You may withdraw consent for future processing where applicable, although withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed or copies already shared by others.
- Sharing. Information may be shared with EventEz organisers, authorised volunteers, venues, production partners and service providers only where reasonably needed. Registrations are stored in EventEz’s own database (see the Privacy Policy). Event media may be hosted by services such as YouTube, Instagram and website-hosting providers under their own privacy policies.
- Public publication. Selected event media may be made public and may be viewed, downloaded, shared, embedded or reposted by other people. Once content is public, complete removal from third-party copies, caches or reposts may not be possible.
- Retention. Registration and operational information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, legal obligations, safety and record-keeping. Published promotional media may remain available for an extended or indefinite period unless EventEz decides or is legally required to remove it.
- Security. EventEz will take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect personal information, but no online form, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
- Your choices and requests. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask about the use of a particular recording. Requests will be considered reasonably, taking account of legal, operational and third-party limitations.
- Children and minors. Personal information and media relating to minors should be provided only with appropriate parent or legal-guardian authorisation and in accordance with the final event age policy.
- Policy updates. This policy may be updated when event details, forms, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this website will apply from its stated update date.
